1. Where do you ship?
We ship only to the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or U.S. territories.


2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders come with free shipping. No additional charges are applied at checkout.


3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

You may cancel your order within this 24-hour window by contacting support@joyfulyard.com.

After 24 hours, orders enter the shipping process, and cancellations or changes must follow our Return and Refund Policy.


4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on product size, weight, and destination. Typical transit time ranges from 6 to 16 business days.


5. How are large or heavy items delivered?
Large or heavy items, such as playsets or oversized accessories, are shipped via common carrier freight.

The delivery driver will not require assistance unloading your product. Any assistance you provide, whether requested or offered, is solely at your own risk.

JoyfulYard is not responsible for any injuries during the delivery process.


6. What should I do when I receive my order?
Inspect your shipment immediately.

  • If damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s paperwork.

  • Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your order.

  • Any returns must be made in the original packaging.
