Currently, We do not ship to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI)

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us at support@joyfulyard.com.

After 24 hours, your order enters the shipping process, and cancellations or changes must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.

Our typical transit time ranges from 6 to 16 business days.

5. Large or Heavy Items

Products such as playsets, large accessories, or other heavy items will ship via common carrier freight.
The delivery driver will not require assistance unloading your product.
Any assistance you provide, whether requested or offered, is solely at your own risk.
joyfulyard is not responsible for any injuries occurring during the delivery process.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s paperwork.
Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
Returns must be made in the original packaging.

We do not ship internationally or to locations outside the contiguous United States.
