Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Condition

JoyfulYard sells new products only.
Returns are accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging.
Used, assembled, or modified items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Email support@joyfulyard.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide simple instructions and the correct return address.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition and original packaging.

  • Playsets and large items must be fully disassembled and securely re-boxed.

  • Refunds may be reduced for any missing or damaged parts.

Note: Shipping to you was free, but return shipping is your responsibility.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and preparation for resale.


4. Cancellations and Refund Amounts

  • Before Shipping:
    Cancel within 24 hours of purchase (before the order ships) for a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    Refunds are based on the original invoice amount, minus:

    • The 15% restocking fee

    • The cost of any missing or damaged parts

Customers pay return shipping directly; this is not deducted from the refund.


5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the return arrives and passes inspection.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email support@joyfulyard.com immediately with photos.
Most issues are resolved quickly without a return.


7. Exchanges

Please note: We do not offer product exchanges. Returns are eligible for refunds only.


8. Purchases from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from joyfulyard.com.
For products bought elsewhere, contact that retailer directly.
