1. Where do you ship?

We only ship to the United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI).


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders come with free shipping. There are no additional charges at checkout.


3. How long does it take to process my order?

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

  • You may cancel your order within this 24-hour window by contacting support@joyfulyard.com.

  • After 24 hours, orders enter the shipping process, and cancellations or changes must follow our Return and Refund Policy.


4. How long does shipping take?

  • Small Products (e.g., playhouses): Approximately 4 to 5 business days.

  • Truck-Delivered Products: Average transit times by region:

Region Estimated Transit Time
West Coast 10 – 17 days
Midwest 7 – 10 days
East Coast 10 – 17 days

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


5. How are large or heavy items delivered?

  • Large items such as playsets or large accessories are shipped via common carrier freight.

  • The delivery driver does not require assistance unloading your product.

  • Any help you provide to the driver is at your own risk.

  • Woodlie is not responsible for any injuries during the delivery process.


6. What should I do when I receive my order?

  • Inspect your shipment immediately.

  • If you notice damage, refuse delivery or note it on the carrier’s paperwork.

  • Do not dispose of the box or packaging until you are satisfied with your order.

  • Any returns must be made in the original packaging.
