We do not ship to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI) at this time.
2. Shipping Costs

All shipping is free for our customers.

No additional charges will be applied at checkout.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@joyfulyard.com.

After 24 hours, orders enter the shipping process, and any cancellations or changes must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times are provided for each product on its product page under the “Check Arrival Dates” tab.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
5. Average Shipping Times

Small Products (e.g., playhouses): Approximately 4 to 5 business days.

Truck-Delivered Products: Average transit times by region are:

6. Large/Heavy Items

Products such as playsets, large accessories, or other heavy items will ship via common carrier freight.

The delivery driver will not require assistance unloading your product.

Any assistance you provide, whether requested or offered, is solely at your own risk.

Woodlie is not responsible for any injuries occurring during the delivery process.
7. Receipt of Products

You are responsible for inspecting your shipment upon delivery.

If the shipment is damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s paperwork.

Failure to inspect or note damages may limit your ability to request replacement parts or a refund.

Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied.

Any returns must be made in the original packaging.
8. Shipping Process

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the contiguous United States.
